I use the Zinsser 123 as a primer and a base coat, It is tintablle and dries to a satin finish so it is perfect for glazing techniques. I apply two coats using a 1/2 inch nap roller let it dry over night, then apply my decorative faux finish. Zinsser 123 allow me to eliminate the use of paint since I can tint this to my base coat color. It also seals the surface better than any paint which allows more working time from my glaze.

It tints using Mixol colorants or we can tint it to match your favorite pint color.
