Marbles may be found in residences, museums palaces and commercial spaces, marble is used for columns, mantels and statues as well as flooring and tabletops. There are hundreds of marble species from Italy, Spain and France. Marble may be found in a wide array of colors from the whites, the red, yellows, violets, greens , blacks and polychromes. Many marbles are no longer available due to over quarrying, leaving a demand for skilled professional craftsmen.

PAinted marble is as much an art form as portraits and fine art. a beginner artist can learn the skills to paint marble and with practice one can become proficient to create exquisite painted marble masterpieces.

Painted marble is not new and no special tools or materials are required, the only ting that is required are the proper skills that have been used for generation as and passed down from craftsmen to craftsmen.
