Lori LeMare
Lori LeMare is an artist who is proficient in the craft of decorative painting. Her skills encompasses techniques such as: murals, Trompe L’Oeil, restoration, marbling, wood graining, stone, gilding, polished plaster, painted furniture, painted ornament, wall glazing, etc.
Lori has been teaching decorative painting techniques worldwide for fifteen years. She has taught in Lucca Italy, Huismes France, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Sunset Beach, Chicago, Atlanta, Colorado Springs, Niagara-on-the-lake Ontario, Calgary, and Toronto. Lori works primarily in private residences but you can see examples of her work in such places as Casa Loma Toronto, Osgoode Hall Toronto, Pillar & Post/Shaw Cafe Niagara-on-the-lake, Windsor property, Niagara property, Beau Rivage Biloxi, Modern Masters Head Office Los Angeles and CIBC Head Offices Toronto.
She has appeared in numerous publications and television shows such as: City line (City tv), The Painted House (Debbie Travis), This Small Space (HGTV), Home style, Craftscapes, CNN, CBC, House & Home, Toronto Star, Globe & Mail and The Financial Post.
The artist has appeared and helped produce three videos: Ritins Studio Series, Modern Masters Venetian Plaster and Introduction to Decorative Painting. Lori has acted as a consultant to Modern Masters in developing their decorative paint line of products.
